TUINA ANMO: Relaxation massages for pregnant women, care during breastfeeding, and for noticeable C-section scars
Completely relaxed
Many expectant mothers complain of tension pains in their lower back and hips during the third trimester. Walking can be difficult, and swollen legs and tired feet are not uncommon. But it doesn't have to be that way! Tuina Anmo uses wonderful techniques and pressure points to significantly alleviate discomfort during pregnancy. The time before birth should be as relaxed as possible.
The massage, which usually consists of gentle strokes (Tui, Mo) and light acupressure (An), is performed in a comfortable side position with soft pillows on the treatment table. It can also be performed while sitting on a special massage chair. On request, I can support you with professionally applied tape to relieve pressure on your back.

Many breastfeeding mothers complain of milk congestion. In many cases, this is due to stress and shoulder tension caused by the static, often uncomfortable posture required for breastfeeding. In the worst case, this can lead to mastitis (breast inflammation). TCM and its massage technique, Tuina Anmo, can help to significantly reduce these symptoms. Much of the tension pain disappears, as does milk congestion and mastitis. I also advise you on general TCM health issues for the postnatal period—known in China as the “Golden Month”—so that you can enjoy your postpartum period and recover more quickly! I am also happy to provide care in the case of C-section scars, should these cause discomfort (fascial adhesions, cold stagnation).
