TUINA ANMO: Observation, learning by watching
Who is the internship intended for?
Are you currently enrolled in a three-year Tuina diploma course and would like to gain some experience in a TCM practice as part of your training? Or do you already have a diploma and would like to benefit from my experience? An internship gives you the opportunity to gain an insight into my daily work with my clients.
The main topics are the creation of a TCM differential diagnosis (tongue, pulse, body diagnostics, etc.) with application concepts and execution for a wide variety of complaints. You will see the massage techniques of Tuina, Gua Sha, cupping and moxibustion, as well as the use of tapes and much more.
What is the procedure?
You learn by watching and listening during your observation period. We discuss questions in private to maintain a relaxed, calm atmosphere. Following the 1-to-1 principle, as was customary in ancient China (1 student, 1 teacher), I ask for your understanding that only 1 observer per unit (half-day or full-day) and only after prior consultation with the clients can participate. Occasionally, clients cancel appointments at short notice. We then use the time to learn and practice techniques and diagnostic subtleties.

In TCM, as I learned from my teachers, you can only transfer qi and help your clients if you yourself are well and if you are wholeheartedly committed to what you are doing. It is not about how many techniques you have mastered or how many acupuncture points you can recite from memory, but rather about your mindful presence and empathy focused on the moment that matters.
You will learn how to work therapeutically and efficiently without getting out of breath. Because you have chosen a path that will benefit you and your clients for a lifetime. I am delighted to be able to accompany you on part of this journey.
